Muggles & Wizards rejoice! The 6th Annual Wizarding Weekend flies into Old Ellicott City on October 4 & 5. Expect the return of the things you love – a scavenger hunt, a costume contest, live music plus Potter inspired mischief & magical treats all over town.

Start your adventure in the Wizard World located in front of Little Market Cafe where you’ll pick up your scavenger map. Visit participating locations throughout OEC then return your form to the same location. Your $5 hunt fee benefits to the Maryland Chapter of the National Federation for the Blind.

Don your favorite wizard, witch or muggle garb to be a part of the costume contest held in Tiber Park at 4pm on Saturday Oct 4. Prizes will be awarded to best youth, adult & group entries, winners decided by crowd applause – so bring all your friends!

Don’t miss our photo ops throughout town including a magical castle arch, flying brooms, meeting with Hagrid & more.

On Saturday, plan to stay in town, grab something delicious from an OEC eatery then enjoy the special outdoor free movie showing of Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix in the Wine Bin parking lot.
