Join us weekly for a true showcase of free local music on the Courtyard at Tonge Row!
We’re not just about yummy coffee drinks and delicious fresh food, the Concerts on the Courtyard’s playlist is pretty awesome too. Live jazz, big band, bluegrass, folk, rockabilly, classic rock and more can be heard throughout the year. Join us Friday and Saturday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
By the way, concerts are BYOB. Stop at The Wine Bin at the top of Main Street to pick up your favorite libation before concert time.
About The Band
“DAMN FINE ROCK N’ ROLL”
Based out of Ellicott City, MD, Oella Xpress plays an eclectic mix of music, from classic to contemporary, rock and pop to blues and soul. With roots in rock and funk, and influenced by rhythm n’ blues, we strive to create set lists that appeal to a wide variety of audiences and blend together 60 years of rock music to provide listeners with an interesting, engaging, and entertaining musical experience.
A MUSICAL EXPERIENCE
Not satisfied with simply replicating songs, Oella Xpress leverages the talent of 5 singers, 3 guitars, 1 bass, 1 keyboard, and 1 set of drums to create a true musical experience. The band deftly switches from 4-part vocal harmony on songs like “The Weight” and “Somewhere Along the Way”, to swinging rhythms on “Howling at Nothing” and “Orange Blossoms”, to pulse-pounding rock on “Sex is on Fire” and “Love Don’t”.
